I looked at the last 6 months during the recent downturn.
APZ is outperforming the ASX 200-property trusts & also some individual REITs (CDI,LLC,CMW,CER,FKP)......Not by much.
None of them is a shining star but out of most REITs,APZ is showing the most recent strength.
The standout is MIX which is outperforming the bunch by nearly 100% in the last 6 months & by almost 150% in the last 12 months.
I like leaders specially in a lagging sector.
