How, because the stupid parents think that they can control when their daughter is or is not allowed to be photographed naked for all to see?? Do they know how this may effect her in later life, as she grows through her teens. How her peers in school may see her naked in early pubity and tease her, possibly effecting her in many ways the ignorant parent did not think of. Can a child of such an age possibly be mature enough to provide educated consent? No, I don't think so.
