you look at the rates of what you might call 'personal crimes' i.e. such things as Murder, Child Abuse and so forth you'll find that they have been fairly constant for very many years, possibly forever.

I strongly disagree with that comment.

The level of violence in any manner was at such a lesser rate 30-50 years ago.

When some adhorent crime was committed during those days, the community was outraged and sought action/retribution.

In today's age these crimes are ACCEPTED as normal.

These things happen and we brush them of. We do not react with such levels of distain and anger as we should.

We have been CONDITIONED to accept these crimes as being NORMAL.

It has been ingrained into our minds.

The world we live in is in moral decay and have assimilated this as our real world as being the STANDARD.
