Well lets put that cost into perspective - if its $7K for two nights that $3500 per day which comes to $1,277,000 over 365 days (lets ignore leap years)
Lets be conservative and say 50 years (they are apparently autistic so full life span), that comes down to $63,875,000 for the care of one person. Even 10% of that cost is more than most people will ever earn in a lifetime. I'd love to see the breakdown of the costs in this situation. Its an essential service but an absolute cash cow.
