    On 12 July the company announced some $1,450,000 convertible notes been switched to 145,000,000 shares @ 0.01 At MED books still has convertible notes $2,423,639 which can be converted at 5 days VWAP. I believe Note holder is suppressing sp, aiming for cheaper price for their next conversion. Couple with news in their forthcoming report, they sure be the big winner.
