A strategic partner is when I believe we will see the first "soar". All new reactors need years of stockpiled uranium and a secure supply looking out from that. Toro will be hunted and be very high on a buying/partenership list.
You will be glad you held one day.Sure there are fast gains else where. But the % gains I see in future will reward us contrarian types.
BTW do you see some SP manipulation going on at the moment or is it just me ?
