Oops, I just realized that I haven't considered the cost of the machine operator(s).
Assuming two techs/pallet handlers are required on-site for OH&S reasons, I would conservatively estimate total labor costs = $180,000*2=$360,000 / Yr.
This would reduce the Operating Profit / Machine / Yr to $957,800 or ROI = 38%.
