    I think your analysis looks pretty good, and I saw something similar a while back from a company called SupportYourApp. They were discussing barriers to entry and raised some good points. I do wonder if customers would be reluctant to adopt the new technology. While Australians are pretty tech savvy, not quite the type of technology yet. It’s wise to incorporate the pricing for a tradie to oversee the operation of the machine to ensure it’s working as it should. After all, if it makes one small error when it lays the first couple of courses of bricks, the results could be catastrophic. Also, I wonder if the machine would have to be confined to normal business hours. Could we not work a 10 or 12 hour day?
