Also, I would add that this analysis just looks at the cost benefits of FBR vs manual bricklaying.

It hasn't quantified the other benefits we all know such as:
    Safer
    No working from heights
    No lifting of heavy objects
No risk of cutting ones self with the saw
    No cilica dust exposure.
    Man/machine seperation

    More environmentally friendly
    Less waste
Less water run-off, soil contamination, etc.

    Faster
20 to 40 times faster than a manual bricklayer.

Greater certainty for builder/consumerBetter timing certainty - hopefully house built in a day
Better cost certainty - not subject to fluctuating cost of labor or availability of tradies

    Improved laying accuracy
    As claimed by FBR.

    Stronger
2 times stronger than mortar as claimed by FBR.
Ability to construct concrete pillars, etc.

    Improved insulation
    As claimed by FBR.

    More versatility
    curved wall
Ability to use larger size blocks
Ability to do miter cuts and possible routering down the track.
Adaptability for 3D concrete additive printing.

Again, not providing financial advice. Do your own research and make your own investment decisions, etc. etc...
