The golden equation is for one HX machine it will need to build 250 standard houses per year to generate 2.5m in free cash flow. 49% going to the "Strategic partner". 20 million dollars of "Overheads". So FBR need 15 Machines to make it worthwhile with 1.3million revenue for FBR for each machine.
