I am yet to see too many companies that end up well in the money on options. It only takes a few people to convert and sell for their own (all valid of course) reasons and the price comes down to near the exercise price. I am sure that there are exceptions to the rule, but with low volume being demonstrated by a market that is all to keen to watch and wait I can't see how the sp will stay well above the exercise price.
Of course there will be a mad rush and dizzying rise when the good news is all in, but I just think a week here or there of time scale slip will hurt too much at this stage.

Still love the story, just waiting until I believe it is all on this time.
