thadius, like you I tend to speak to Ian regularly, as there is always something to learn and discuss. I find him to be a pleasure to talk to and quite frank. It is a shame more dont get to speak to him as often as they like, but in the scheme of things the bloke has more important things to do than operate like a one man call centre.

Take the last BRR pres for example. it was really not the greatest interview in the world, but it covered a lot of the 'usually' questions we have. Did it give us answers? Can he on the phone? some issues are not able to be discussed even if we want it to be - eg finance

With respect to the Wayne - I like the fact that he took a junior to a mid-tier M/C - clearly he has some talent. I suppose I would have liked to secure a MD who has brought a junior into production, but I guess there are so few juniors who actually successfully make the transition the list of candidates list would be too short. At the end of the day I will back Ian (and the board's) judgement over frustrated BRM s/h - although they are more than entitled to their views.

I feel recent buying is a signal of the market's appreciation of our boardroom addition, and progression towards production. I am hopeful there are a few more significant buyers lining up off screen - it would not surprise me given the long established trading patterns of IFE. We all know big positions are hard to accumulate.
