jonesw, check out the registrar mate, if any company wanted a back door entry into the stock through a "mate" then you are dreaming. This stock is tightly held and it would be very hard to get Trafford to expect a scrip swap.(IMO). Plus IFE actually approached Wayne which included a 6 month International search.

I liked this comment about becoming a top150 company, which would put it at around 700million market cap.
