Clearly both sides of the equation are indifferent, or else buyers would bid at higher prices and sellers sell at higher prices, or vice versa. The only conclusion could be sellers are indifferent to selling at a higher price and buyers indifferent to buying at a lower price, thus they both find the current price conducive to their needs.
