Bear in mind that there are a lot of 3c options to be exercised in the next 6 months or so. Cash coming in to the company is good but some of these "pre John Lamb and the team" investors might sell converted shares to pay for the option exercise. If share price is at 12 c plus not a great problem if handled with care.
