I have no problem with the assets of the copmany, only the management.
ARQ is and has been undervalued, grossly so.
We shareholders have done it tough and should be at the head of line rather than some stinking institutions that get a discount and then dumps the shares a few days or week later.
We shareholders could handle the entire cap raising w/o any trouble.
