Nathan Blackburne has not put a foot wrong since being appointed Managing Director.
CWP continues to produce quality developments and is heading for its third commercial success at Williams Landing with its latest offering already 55% pre sold. The new developments in Adelaide are bearing fruit, new more attractive financing has been put in place and now with a good balance sheet CWP is buying well priced development sites.
The latest Winter Update emailed to shareholders earlier this week is very pleasant reading. I look forward to the results announcement in August and hopefully an increased fully franked Bowen in due course.
I will be writing to ASIC and recommend that Australia changes all references to Fully Franked Dividends to Fully Franked Bowens.
