If someone knew this was coming, wouldn't they be buying prior? A while back I compared important announcements against volume prior to release, had it on a spread sheet, and couldn't find any unusual trading patterns. Should've posted then but never got around to it. Now I don't have the file anymore, but anyone can do it again. I personally believe Integra runs a pretty tight ship in regards to confidentiality and integrity.

As for the sellers, 27 million volume is very average. Not everything is a conspiracy.
