Don't know much about the company except for the first report I read ... options .... 4 cent options just expired at the end of DEC and the underwriter has been stuck with just under half of the issue. If the stock is so good why did the share price slide under the option strike as it approached maturity ????
Unbelievably some bunnies exercised their 4 cent options presumably prior to 31 dec and sold the stock above 4 cents .... but with 50 million new shares created at 4 cents and the underwriter stuck with over 20 million ... well lets just say I would not invest in this company. With only 1.8 mio shares traded on average each day for the last week ... well it would appear illiquid. Underwriter generated a 5% fee so in effect he is long at 3.8 cents.
