The company has run out of dough and is in desperate need of a major shareholder that will front with some of its supposed $4Bill cash horde, or if one pulls oneself back to reality, a re-capitalisation which will equate to a MASSIVE dilution to existing holders, just as the last failed cap raise proposed....
