When your shareprice is bugger all and you need to raise money from your existing holders with significant risk to them due to unproven resource/business potential - they should naturally be rewarded for taking the risk.

Now that it is de-risked and the share price is 18c and still heading North, they should reap the rewards for their committment. Well done.
