i think you will actually find, that 15% of this dilution is listed on the ask, through exchange traded options. These were listed back when the share price was well below 3 cents.

the management has done a brilliant job bringing this company back from the brink back in the GFC days.

if you don't think management deserve a reward for all their brilliant work so far you need to look a little further back. (given in the last 12 months they delivered around 400% return, double that if you purchased options)
