Been doing a little research. From what I can see is that management holds a fair chunk of stock, and with a bunch of other big holders, there's probably only 50% of the register available. Combined with the tiny market cap, continued news will continue to re-rate this stock...
It's actually nice to be part of value creation without 1bn shares on issue ;)
