It is too early for BRK. But i think at least one institution was patiently accumulating for last two weeks. It would not let price go below 0.21 cents initially, which is CR price, indicating they are happy around circa 0.21. Then i raised my buy price to 0.21-0.215, but still could not get much, because of low volume accumulator was mopping everything 0.215-0.225 range from side, without showing their buy intention in order book.

It would be great if we can see more substantial holder notices in the future even if it is not strategic, merely financial ones like funds. More strong hands will be instrumental for price appreciation.
