Cazaly and Echelon Resources (CAZ and ECH) have fallen over this morning on a warning from the WA State
Development Minister Alan Carpenter that he will be deciding on the claim for the Shoevlanna tenement to be reinstated to RIO in January or February. He says he has been watching the trading in CAZ and says people are making assumptions about his decision, that the decision could go either way, and that investors should have their ¡°eyes wide open¡±. He says ¡°I¡¯ll make a decision on the facts and in fairness to everybody concerned that won¡¯t probably be until January or February¡±. Not what CAZ and ECH shareholders want to hear. The odds appear to be 50-50 on a positive decision and there looks to be 4-12 weeks of uncertainty ahead for traders. Too long for some.
CAZ is up from 45c to 240c in the last month and is now 138c down 29c this morning. ECH is up from 31c to a peak of 104c and is now down 8c to 62c today.
