I agree with all of your points except your last. I actually do believe one of the majors will acquire us. In fact I believe it’s almost inevitable. I also used to think about litigation but when you understand the absolute uniqueness of our valve facilitated by our Adapt tissue you realise that they won’t have anything to litigate on.

Our valve is designed like no other because of the single piece valve and what it allows us to do that others can’t.

So I can understand fear of litigation but what we have is so original we have not needed to infringe or even come close to infringing anyone’s IP as it’s pure innovation on the back of the Adapt platform.

So in my humble opinion being acquired in late 22 or during 23 is far more likely than litigation.

BTW - looking good so far for those who converted options. Well done so far.
