Completely wrong suppositions on so many fronts. Wayne, though not faultless on not looking after the share price, had build a fantastic board of world leading KOL with the advisory board members accounting for significant % of TAVR .
Building sales force now! what are u marketing! How much budget do u think AVR has? How much more to u want to be diluted to fund a sales team who has nothing to sell at the moment . Vent if you must but at least have some substance to your vent.
The majors in my view is unlikely to launch any serious takeover. They are more likely to litigate.
