Who knows ? let’s see what offers are made there could be a variety of types of offers put on the table including partnering as a whole of just partnering on the TAVR project which could lead to AVR developing more products using ADAPT by themselves . At this stage I am not discarding any possibility but IMO I feel a acquisition is the most likely . I have had 3 experiences with Aust companies seeking FDA trials or approvals and FDA can be very uncooperative towards non US companies . I am sure WP knows this to and that could be one of the things that he factors in if some good offers are made to aquire AVR . The other thing WP will be factoring in is if infact AVR attempts to go it alone how hard is it going to be to build a effective sales and marketing force to take on the big boys . These are just my thoughts and as I have displayed here I think strategically a long way out and try to look at all possiblities . GLTATH
