Have a look at all the posts for Commander over the last six to nine months. There was Institutional talk of a take-over at $2.40 per share a while back. We now have Directors selling shares, Institutional recommendations saying "hold" instead of "buy" and no sign of a take-over at $1.55 per share.
Within the last three months, I believe that the NSW, VIC, QLD and SA Branch Managers have left Commander. The WA Branch Manager only started about four months ago.
I want to know how anybody could possibly view Commander as being significantly under-valued at present, given the above situation.
The only bright spot that I currently see is that PPT recently increased their share-holding and they are no mugs. However they could be averaging down their average share purchase price.
I guess we will wait and see how their end of financial year results pan out in a few months time.
