The industry which Commander is involved in is awash with stories that Commander is about to announce another acquisition. The story could be true, it might be rubbish.

If it is true, I guess the people who are aware of it, don't like the merits of the acquisition. Given their current debt levels and cash holding, they will probably issue shares to pay for the acquisition.

Last time I looked they had a debt level of around $160m, with a market cap of around $330m.

Regardless, their share price continues to drift south, whilst the broader market drifts higher. Not a good look is it.
