It certainly looks unpleasant for defendants, hope they get what they deserve, but they mentioned refunds were paid?
But this doesn't give reason to sit, albeit the legal action is a setback, but that's why companies have management, isn't it?
Not sure how many months or years this will take from here, but for holders sake, they need to move forth.
