Have you ever considered the fact that this is a criminal matter and as such, they (the directors) can't make comment about ongoing investigations, especially if those investigations end up going to court. They have notified shareholders as to who they have appointed to try and chase down the funds.

Not sure if you are aware, but Herbert Smith Freehills are also the acting attorneys for the ASX - that was one of the reasons our Board nominated them. They have not nominated a fly-by-night company to investigate and hopefully recover our stolen funds.
