Not that you should take advice from anyone on HC, but if I was you I'd stop even bothering to try and work out who it is or what their agenda is. Obviously is determined to just throw out negative comments wherever possible. It's not even a glass quarter empty for him/her. I doubt they even hold any sort of significant shareholding. Think they just like to try and stick it to any existing shareholders.
