As someone quite oblivious to the legal side of all of this. How is $19m just "missing"?
Is the dude that stole the money in custody for stealing $19m?
Can't they subpoena his bank accounts and find out where it went? This wasn't $500 that was taken out the till, this is $19m ffs!
The longer this goes on the less chance of recovery of the money is all I'm saying.
Some actual tangible information would be nice instead of the same old "vigorously pursuing" statement we've had for almost 12 months (happy birthday administration!)
