I don't think that's necessarily the case.
Early detection does not mean Cvac is precluded in the treatment of those patients. They may still require tumour de-bulking surgery and certainly chemo, and the role of Cvac after that is to extend remission time.
If anything, early detection could mean they have a better chance of staying in remission for longer (PFS).
