scope,depth reading is very ethereal.
it's guessing when you'll never really find out definitely.
today has not brought 16.5c other bidders out.
possible phantom bids could be "controlled"
if it was necessary to have funds/cash available
with phone bids,too.
the main thing i "suspect" about large over $100k
buys/bids is the risk of arbitrage.
[buy/sell in a dayish for .5/1 cent profit]
it's more described as scalping these days.
