Certainly can understand centres cashing in and expanding, especially when they think the government will support the parents (rebates) that support the centres.
However there comes a time when you need to reduce debt and concentrate on solidifying a good business with great centres.
will work out better in the long run if you are a trusted childcare business, with good financials in place.
guess we will see the interim report soon enough
