In PPP's case yes I will be. By then they may have 150m in the bank and a share of producing assets in Vietnam. If you want to spec with high risk oilers then there are plenty to choose from, and for most they don't have charts that look like PPP's. In fact in most cases these small oilers would be very envious of PPP's chart. Doing nothing in PPP's case atm is a very valid and sensible business strategy. Horses for courses. Only thing that I am critical about is that PPP's overheads.
