We knew about these announcements were coming a year ago yet it didn't have any effect on the tumbling SP. We knew about TSX and Crop Harvested when the SP was crawling near 20cents. The only game-changer announcement would be a chunky profit made from pill sales. Right now, our beloved MMJ is hardly making $250K profit/year. My humble opinion is to sell now (if only you made a profit) then buy back when the SP re-adjusts.
