what shares you had in POH until the record date (20th Oct) you will get 18.5% of your holding up to a max of 71,429.
eg (got more now but at the time) i had 79,650 shares so my allo (18.5%) will be 14,736 shares ($2063) from the $15,000 i sent off.... hope this helps :)
