IMO, some people have just givent the company approx $400k, and have probably been holding the options since they were listed. Then why would they convert them now and sell them at the market low ?(that is where we are IMO).
I rather think that someone is cashing in now before significant news flow in the near future - when they then can sell their converted options into share price aprecciation.
