I think this is extremely bullish, and a sign that the "N" is near!
Consider that the sale of a single share of PRR for 30c allows you to exercise 15 options. It's clear that option-holders want the heads for short-term trading instead of the options. That's because it's the HEADS that will be bought on our market to feed the Amex demand!
Or maybe there's a beter explanation. . . .
