The options are not sold , but have just been converted to shares. My point is why would they wait to convert them now and sell any of them when the market is on its knees.
Actually, I see this as a very bullish sign because it is most likely a comapany director ( such a large amt) - not selling their options, but actualy spending their own money to convert them to shares($400K). Otherwise the options are worthless, if not converted by Dec 11.
I think positive news is most likely just around the corner!!
