On 19/01/2015 the number of shares traded was 841,016.
115,854 shares were reported short sell (0.04% of issued shares - 278, 888, 011).
Therefore about 14% (115854/841016) of shares traded on that day were short sells. That is a pretty significant number to influence the movement in price, not to mention market depth manipulation may also be in play.
Until NWH are forced to speak up, the price will not reflect the company's fair value. As we approach February I believe the company is priced to buy or accumulate.
