    I don't think it's that simple skunkyz I would expect if things continue as they are NWH may decide in the interests of cash management to suspend dividends for a period - obviously this is a worst case scenario but my gut feel is they may maintain a reduced dividend similar to those of 2009 levels i.e. somewhere around the 2 cent region
