Well skunky the good news is its cheap! But you're dreaming if they will pay 9c again this year as an ordinary dividend.
I'm thinking more like 4c this year but also dependent on the outcome of Samsung.
Having said that they keep talking capital management and there is heaps of retained profits and franking credits to pay a special dividend at some stage so as long as the cash keeps flowing in then there is a possibility of this. Low CAPEX and high depreciation means they still have a strong balance sheet going forward.
