jethro73, I've read your posts about NWH and think that you are being overly pessimistic about the outlook of NWH.
NWH is in a far more better financial position than it was in 2009.
In 2009, NWH only had about $20 million in cash and Shareholders Equity of about $140 million.
At the end of 2014, NWH had over $150 million in cash and Shareholders Equity of about $370 million.
After impairment in half year 2015, the Shareholders Equity will still likely to be over $300 or $200 million. The company is currently priced similar to 2009, which is possibly 2 to 3 times below it's real valuation. With reduced debt and high cash holdings, NWH is capable of sustaining the current dividend. Even if they do decide to reduce dividends, it is likely be over 10% dividend yield if bought at the current price.
