Obviosly it did not go to $3,
I am a shareholder in SSI and GCN so don't get me wrong.
Without GCN and the new business what have SSI got, what business do they do on a day to day basis?
So the gains are obviously associated with the new business as GCN are still (even though constant rosy outlook) lose money.
Could be huge, could flop like the rest as some have said, we wait to see.
GCN, not risen as much and have done a deal linked to China gambling.
last week there was another placement, not a lot but what is interesting was the price. 6 cents.
Now how are these placements done, who gets them, how is the price arrived at, 6 cents would be nice seeing the market price was 9.6 when announced and was as high as 13 a week or so ago.
Now if a raising is needed surely the company is obliged to get as much for as little a dilution as possible.
Are all shareholders treated or represented equally, what are the rules regarding placements.
Is this why the price halt or drop,
And remember a dilution means SSI own less of GCN,
Any comments. have I misunderstood this.
I also see a director has increased his holding in GCN, not a bad sign, and paid more than in the placement!!!
