re: ssi a vote ! for merger first year of biz and at the start up position
and at the exchange rate at present
profit is .42 cents per SSI share ?
This shareholder IS happy !
GCN definitely speculative action
the buy higher and the sell lower crowd
The spread between Germany and Here
FB slowness in update.. etc etc
However
look for where the buying starts
higher lows is what will tell the story (or not )
But also people seemed to think that GCN would go up because SSI did... some even sold SSI to buy GCN
Why ? where is the research that says GCN will earn
.42 a share... ??
I expect FB will come out with a good report for GCN
but .42 cents at startup ?
WHAT MULTIPLE would HC members put on a growth
Stock with earnings at .42 cents ?
there are some with multiples of up to 60x
But still look into the revenue possibilities with the lucky channel for GCN... and look at GCN now with a parent
earning such revenues to bring more opportunities.
GCN does look a good buy
To ME SSI is a terrific buy
Shareholders will decide in anycase
We will get the vote
Not BW !
So the deal will have to be a good one
What is there to be unhappy about ?
SSI was .12 and GCN under .06
were they not ?
I hold both
Anyone unhappy should sell !
IF you have doubts or think this is iffy
DO NOT BUY OR HOLD
When SSI was .12 A lot of the same things were being said...
And maybe some HC members where better not to have bought.... I would not know, everyone must decide what is best for them ...
Like I said I await the next announcements
At the moment angry this shareholder is Happy
I hope the feed back assists
All I can Know is
My own mind...
