It does make the ceo's comment in relation to a CR " ...we're not going to be doing that to our shareholders" incomprehensible to me at least.
If, instead of a CR, they would prefer, or must, go down the ATM path, then won't they be doing something at least as bad and, in many ways, considerably worse? What am I missing that makes the ATM option better in this case?
